Gone are the days when the BBB was interested in promoting better business. The BBB now performs arbitration, ignoring the complaints by consumers and rules for reasons not claimed by the consumer.

The purpose of the BBB has been undermined by the businesses that form it's membership, and the BBB protects those members, having little or no interest in protecting the consumer from unscrupulous businesses.
