It is done with the owners what they want! Windows will be damaged! The owner is not worth an answer! The balcony tiles were unnecessarily cut too rigorously! A scaffolding has been in place for four months - it won't be removed! Subtenants who do not adhere to the house rules are hardly informed about the right behavioral rain!
The owner is advised to get legal counsel!
On public holidays balconies are repaired with machines! There is no apology!
The green areas of our facilities are overgrown, although this has already been discussed at several meetings! The owners do not have a say in the design! Trees are set arbitrarily! The barberry fence is not being repaired.
The owners' concerns are not addressed!
The company is not selected in such a way that trained skilled workers do the repairs, but rather "Muti Talents" who can repair everything in the plant, from bricklaying, tiling and much more! This is what these works look like!
