I started to take my wifes car here last fall since they opened this dealership. We didn't buy it here but it is closer to where we live which makes it easier to service. Always make appointment on line. The staff in the service dept are always friendly and get the car in and out quickly. The waiting area is nice and comfortable.

The WORST experience EVER, Lied to, taken advantage of and discriminated against!! I purchased a used vehicle, a BMW, on March 28th. During this I work with Joey Devapalan the Sales Manager. Joey informed me the vehicle I was purchasing had a manufactory warranty of 5 years 50,000 miles. During this sales process Joey told me numerous times that warranty was still in place and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. In fact, we spoke about this situation for about 2 hours before I purchased the vehicle and did so based on his reassurance about being covered until April 22, 2021 or 50,000 miles. I then went into the finance and worked with Heidi Wajciechowski. She confirmed with me in and wrote on my sales envelope the 1st in service date of April 22, 2016 and said the warranty expires 5 years from this date. She also circled the date on the Auto Check and said here it is on the Auto Check.
I started having some electrical issues with the computer. I called BMW to set an appointment but the warranty had just expired on April 22, 2020 NOT 2021 like Haley said. I reached out to Haley Volvo, never heard back. I took the car to 2 repair shops for inspection. They said brakes were bad, the rear diff was leaking and thrust bushing cracking.
I returned to Haley Volvo on May 15, 2020 I had the 2nd inspection done in writing to speak with Haley. Friday morning at around 10am I stepped inside the showroom. Sales greeted me and was very nice. I explained the situation about the factory warranty and then the issues which should have been covered my not only the warranty I was so posed to have but by the Haley 90-day warranty. Sales then went into the General Manager office, Kirby Fields. I watched them speak and you could see eye rolling etc. Sales returned and said we will take it. I asked what about my manufactory warranty I was told I had? The response was Kirby Fields will fix it. I asked to speak with him, but he refused, I was told he will call you. I was standing there but Kirby Fields refused to see me. No call Friday or Saturday. Monday car goes into service at Haley, calls me and asked what s wrong with the car. I then ask to speak with Kirby again told he is out to lunch but will call me by the end of the day. Tuesday comes around and get a call from service, they said they replaced the brakes pads but nothing else, mind you they didn t replace the rotors just the pads. They tell me the rear diff is leaking but that normal and keep an eye on it . When something is leaking and you need to watch it, it s not normal . I then say it needs to be fixed and service says let us ask Kirby Fields. I get a call back and they say, nope not fixing it . I ask to speak to Kirby Fields and he s out to lunch again. I call the dealership and ask why wont he call me why does he refuse to talk to me, I am told he is out getting a haircut but will call me before the end of the day. Wednesday comes and still no call, so I decided to go get my car back. Went to service they bring the car out. When they received the car is was clean but its was filthy when returned to me, not a big deal but shows how i was being treated opposed to other customers. They didn t replace the rotors and throw new pads on it and ask any brake shop if thats the right way. I then go inside to return the loaner car keys. Explained how upset I was, and they say hold on let me get Kirby Fields. They come back out, Kirby is in a meeting . I have never in my life meant Kirby Fields ever, I am not sure if it s the way I look, the way I dress or any other reason, but he refuses to reach out, talk to me or meet with me. 5 days of no calls, been in person 2 times and he refused to see me. I don t know if this how Haley does business by just hoping a situation will just go away but this is wrong on so many levels. Someone above General Manager, Kirby Fields, needs to investigate this and do the right thing. People within Haley have told me to write a letter to corporate and file a complaint because this isn t right, not my words employees words

My experience today at Haley Toyota with Nicholas Gallardo was AWESOME, he was very knowledgeable about my new car I just bought. I m glad I was able to schedule an appointment to go back to learn all about my new car! Thanks for everything Nicholas!!

Used the service department for my 2002 Tahoe, oil change and annual inspection. Was so pleased I also brought my 2008 BMW 328i there for the same service. Good job all and great folks. Thanks Hunter

My truck was purchased from here, so that comes with lifetime free inspections. Unfortunately I have an old vehicle, so it sometimes struggles to pass inspection. The only real problem I had with them was the length of time it took to get my truck inspected...close to 3 hours, and that was with an appointment. I had to miss a half of a day of work to get a rejection sticker, and the work that they said I needed done was going to cost me more than the truck is actually worth, so I politely declined. Not their fault about the cost of the work or that it needed to get done, just the time it took to get it inspected. They also told me about a frame recall before they inspected my truck, once they put the rejection sticker on it, nothing more was mentioned about the frame recall

Went to get my oil changed booked online ,but didn't work so I called them that day and they worked me in and was done in an hour. Friendly staff in service department. That's why I go there and it's only 5 minutes away from my house.

I was at the service department at the Hull Street...

I was at the service department at the Hull Street Road location for our car's regular maintenance by an appointment. Oil change and tire rotation were done in about 30 minutes. Customer lounge is comfortable. There's soft padded chairs, complimentary Kcup coffee and small bottled waters as well as free Wi-Fi. There's even a "quiet room" should you need to work along with a separate enclosed children's play area.

Went to Haley Toyota to order a part from the parts dept. They have 1 (ONE) person and 1 register at the parts dept. One custmer in the parts depr.and it might as well be closed . I Waited 15 minuets and left. Awful experience what a waste of time. Haley Toyota you suck.

Bought my USED AS/IS 2007 Corvette Jan 3. Shifter cable broke in the parking lot the day I bought it. Realizing it was just a strange coincidence, I stayed calm and the dealership promptly arranged for the repair to be made. Four days later I finally get my car. Got to enjoy my new/used car for almost 3 full days before it was in the shop again for what I believe was 100% preventable, if only the car was gone over before being offered for sale. Kind of get mixed messages from Haley Volvo as to what their process is for inspecting used cars. One person says it was checked thoroughly. Another employee stated that vehicles over a certain age aren't given much attention. Understanding my frustration, Haley decided to pay $1500 to give me a 2yr/24k mile powertrain warranty. Sounded like we were getting somewhere until I was told I need to wait 30 days to use my warranty! So they are out more money and I have had my car 4 weeks and still cant drive it. Not what I was expecting from a dealership like this

My elderly uncle purchased a vehicle at the Roanoke store. He was quoted a price that matched another Toyota store (cash price). He was then told if he used their financing he would get an additional
$500 off the price. When all was said and done they increased the price by 500 so my uncle did not receive anything. Mind you he arrived at 9 am and was kept in limbo until 2 pm when his blood sugar had tanked. I believe this is what is called "flim flam". And shame on you Haley!

My only experience with Haley Chevrolet is charging my electric car there & they were accommodating. All of the spaces were blocked by new electric vehicles. I bought a truck from Haley Toyota and didn't like the sales experience.

Service writer and techs did an Excellent job on my vehicles as well as pointing out other possible upcoming problems that should be addressed! You can also ask for Walt, a Great sales guy who can possibly put you in a Certified use or New ride! :-)

I don't mind coming to this facility though I try to make my appointment in the morning first thing. If I typically wait till later in the day my appointment takes much longer. An oil change for a 6 cylinder vehicle was around$69. Reasonable and great customer service.

Between my wife, hers friends, our daughter and myself, we've bought 14 or more cars or trucks here. We deal with the same salesmen Nat Williams each time. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I know my next purchase will be at Haley's.
