I am very thankful that Dr. Chynn and his staff were understanding of me having to cancel my surgery appointment a few days prior to the operation. I had made the appointment on a Saturday for that following Friday, and after not being able to accommodate time off for recovery, due to my work/client demands, I called in on that Tuesday to cancel. I had already paid the full price of the surgery and so I was very worried about forfeiting most of what I paid, as in the consent contract, it states that cancelling within a few days has a hefty penalty. Thankfully they returned most of my payment, keeping a $400 non refundable fee (wasn't too happy with there being this fee but I understand there has to be some charge for the pre-op exams and holding my appointment).

I found it cool that they create a WhatsApp group to give the patient access to Dr. Chynn and the rest of the staff, for any questions and concerns leading up to the surgery and post-surgery. Dr. D, who created the group for me, was very sweet during the pre-op exams. I also want to give a shout out to Jack and Sam for their clarifications of the packages and recommendations on what is best given my needs.
