The Sales portion of the transaction was fine. The service after the sale was extremely poor. They did not followup as promised for delivery of dealer installed accessories that were not able to be installed when the car was purchased. We had to arrange for service to install the parts ourselves. Additionally, they charged us for the license plates and and then refused to perform the work. (they did refund the $20 they collected for the license plates). The general manager had the nerve to tell me that the "administrative fee of $495 was a "junk fee" and did not cover any services. Dealerships are in the business of service, except this one.
