This hotel is THE WORST hotel experience I ve had in a while.

The front desk was running over 2 hours late on their check in time, the rooms were old, the hotel did not have basic amenities like cotton balls or Q-Tips.

I called in the concierge and asked for a spa recommendation they basically told me to figure out myself. You re better off staying at the Omi or the Four Seasons. I ve had better experiences there than I did here, or gave the money and book a 3 star hotel because that s what you ll get here just for a bigger price.

Save your money this hotel sucks
