Despite the lockdown the service we got from Blue Whale Spa has been exceptional. From the minute we purchased our hot tub we were contacted and constantly updated with new information. All paperwork was emailed for us to peruse prior to installation. The hot tub itself is amazing and we are getting full use out of it. Maintenance and cleaning was explaining in simple terms and two months on we have had no issues. Great Hot tub provider!
