Local business, using the Sonic backbone. You're at the mercy of the infrastructure though, so you'll need to also deal with AT&T if there's a problem. Would be much easier if they had 24/7 support, but no dice. Just normal business hours (keep that in mind if you have to cancel service and return equipment). Had several problems over 4 years, and often a whole weekend without service until they check messages on Monday morning.

If you get a chance to use their fiber service, that has the potential to avoid all the horrible infrastructure issues that I ran into... Give that a shot.

Service is hit and miss. Some of the people on support know what they're doing, others are not as great.

Always watch your billing if you're told that you'll get a credit for service outages. I never got credit for almost a month of total outages (over 4 years) until I closed my account. On the plus side, the person in charge of that is very friendly and helpful (even though I was stopping service). So they're not malicious, they just have some bad internal communications.
