These guys are fantastic, we installed their FREE Admin Ahead Let's encrypt cpanel plugin (certbot alternative) to install ssl certificates. I had some support questions so I opened a ticket. Let me be honest, I have never seen such quality and timely support for a Free product, in fact the support for this free plugin was better than support I sometimes get for paid products. 5 stars guys I will recommend you and we will use your products again in the future. Bless!

There software is a bit clunkey to begin with, but when it works it does what it says. Unfortunately their DRM, or License Manager, generally tends to NOT allow you access to your own software more often than it DOES allow access. Then you have to go to their site, log in, find your license number, go back to your site, put the number in, and HOPE it works. Or you can wait for who know how long for their chat or phone support, or just go buy a new license...... that ALWAYS works.
