I put in a work order for my washing machine to be fixed a week ago and maintenance still has not attempt to resolved the issue. I call and actually walk to the rental office about my complaint and they assured me that the issue would be handled as TOP PRIORITY. However, the issues hasn't been resolved. I had to throw away all my clothes that was in the washing machine. Now, my apartment smells like mildew and I have insects flying around the apartment. Still, a week later, No one has attempt to reach out to me to either check on the status of my work order or even fix the problem.
