Very professional media company. Even the simple things like gate and parking worked well. In terms of content, I do not want to mention any details, but one notices that media has been understood here for many years.
Worst customer service in Germany! I had ordered a country kitchen gift subscription for Christmas that simply never came to the recipient. Very uncomfortable for me. Customer service was practically non-existent, that was only clarified 3 months (!!!) after my first request.

Totally dubious. Takes thousands of Payback customers hostage and locks their accounts after they realize that their subscription offer was too good. But takes the subscription fees despite their cancellation of the subscription. Never again!
You offer via Payback a subscription for TV listening and viewing, if you close this discounted offer so you will be blocked, deposited money is not refunded once. What an embarrassing action to which Burda does not even express itself!
