I have been with Align for years (about 5 at this point) and I am planning on leaving. The service here is AWFUL. Myself and other members have had cards shut off when traveling on vacation (even when the bank was warned ahead of time), they're customer service is terrible as it is clear that no staff really cares about customer issues/experience, and the online app/website is just clunky and a challenge to use. At this very moment I have been trying to use their Live Chat option, but the thing is basically a dead link that won't take me to any help.
I'm all set with Align. I haven't seen any positive change, so I'm leaving.
