I paid $150 to have a heartfelt condolence arrangement delivered. I checked throughout the day of the scheduled delivery and confirmed the order had not been delivered although it was after 8pm. I contacted customer service and all of a sudden I received an automated message from the representative stating the arrangement was delivered just 2 minutes after I contacted FTD. The recipient advised they had not received a delivery. I informed the representative of the same. The representative advised he would cancel the order BUT if the arrangement is delivered AFTER the cancellation, they will direct the florist to go to the funeral and pick up the floral arrangement. This is the most unprofessional & shadiest company I ve encountered. Please do NOT give them your business!!!
