I have read many negative reviews, practically all of them, of many people who complain about non-existent staff, bad customer service, ignorance about the policies and regulations ... but sorry, you have a little bit sought after. If I go to buy bread from the butcher it is plausible that something goes wrong. Intesa is a bank, the worst institution to trust, it is also a bank and not an insurance company. Banks don't insure, banks speculate. Then behind the companies there are banks anyway but this is bad in itself, they built a million euro building in Turin that sucks more than just to see.
