Terrible customer service. Have worked with the company for years and had a good experience. They lost me over unwillingness to take responsibility for a small $90 water bill increase caused by their two year old and under warranty product's defective operation. I spoke with a manager who gave me the "I'll call you tomorrow" multiple times and did not call back. Wasn't asking for much, just a simple I'm sorry this was our product's fault and we'll take responsibility. My family formerly used Culligan products for our rental and personal properties, with salt delivery, etc... the whole meal-deal. Their sincerely terrible customer service killed it for us. I'd suggest Hinkley.
