If I could give no stars, it would be utterly accurate. Not only was the guy rude, speaking over me whenever I tried to reply, but also cared less to pronounce/ spell my name correctly.
Not sure of what type of individuals you have working here but you may want to get that fellow checked out. He seems sketchy and maybe near a life crisis with his inconsistent attitude and awkwardness over the phone.
