I respond need a electric water kettle as I don't use the coffee machine (water container in coffee machine is dirty too! Opps we don't have kettle call room service when you need water. I decided to use tap hot water as the reception confirmed it's safe to drink...but was surprised no hot tap water called for room service...well no room service as it only starts at 6am?!? Now the maintenance engineer is working on the taps. Do not apporach the concierge because you find some very rude low energy folks on that desk. The building is old and not renovated hence be prepared to hear strange sounds in the elevator. What is the one star for the "Only Real STAR" maintenance Gentleman that realized my medical need for hot water went to (Yes the maintenance Gentleman Mr. Manny) the kitchen himself to fetch me Hot water. Hilton is blessed to have kind souls like Mr. Manny!!!
