No option for call backs for over 2weeks now. I tried to extend online and now it's saying I can't file for over a month. There is absolutely no way to get assistance. I called the pandemic line and was rudely hung up on and no matter how many times I try to call or schedule through the virtual assistant online it says no slots available so I guess we just get no help?
