I'm happy with Baka's offers and service. Just on...

I'm happy with Baka's offers and service. Just one recommendation...if a phone is no longer in stock please mark it as UNAVAILABLE or remove it from the website. This way it doesn't cause unnecessary delays when ordering.

I wanted to order the Google Pixel phone. Nothing was mentioned when I placed my order online. Next day I was told it was on back order. When I contacted customer service they told me it's no longer in stock. Could've saved me a lot of time by listing it as OUT OF STOCK.

Also unhappy b/c Baka uses Purolator for delivery. They made a mess of my delivery and delayed it by 2 days. On top of that they would not let my son pick-up the phone from their retail location (he lives at my home), saying the recipient of the phone has to come pick it up (Bell has requested this stipulation). So they will give it to him at home but not at the retail store when he shows ID? Terrible.

So what should have taken 2-3 days to complete has now taken over 1 week. Now I have to contact Bell to port my number. [Please hold...]
