We are very happy with our new system! It is easy to use and does the same thing as ADT for half of the cost. The technician was very friendly and ugraded our old system for a lot less than I expected! He never tried to sell us anything that we didn't want or need- he made his recommendations and let us decide from there. Customer service has been great!
