I'm giving this 5 stars because the EMT workers deserve it! But I am extremely disappointed that it has now been almost a month and yet my records have not been forwarded to the hospital. How is this possible that the hospital does not receive the records of the initial examinations given by EMT? Absolutely mind-boggling! Now I repeatedly call their office and no matter what option I take including the battalion chief, nobody answers the phone! Extremely frustrating! Again the only reason I'm giving it five stars is because the EMT workers were phenomenal. There's just some kind of policy that doesn't forward the records and it just completely dumbfounds me! Why take all these tests if you're not going to share them with the hospital that you're dropping the patient off to?
