Worst power company ever got locked out of my acco...

Worst power company ever got locked out of my account, tried 3 different time to get it unlocked every time they told me it was unlocked, never actually got unlocked so I couldnt get in and pay my bill a few days later they turned off my power and then told me now I owed a 300 dollar deposit because I had a disruption in service......
