Beware - I was charged for insurance I said I did not need. Also had to deal with a slow leaking tire. At return I was told a manager would call me to assist. I was never called. Then I called and left multiple messages, and was never called back. Then I used the Online complaint system. Payless completely disputed my statements, and denied my claim. They obviously care more about $$$ than customer service.
