Behavior of ground staff is poor like insurance, billing section including Nurses in the general word , I gave my suggestion in complaint box next day they called me and cleared the insurance before that 3 days i am trying to clear the insurance no one take the responsibility .
I am writing on my views what happend to my father, He was admitted for heart Block and Doctor did Angiography Stent
it was successful but after post treatment given by them is not satisfactory he died with in 1 week with Lungs Infection. The reason is Docters and Nurses no one advised to me how to take care of him. He suffered with severs lung infection , why and how it was affected no one knows the reason . I come to know that he drank lot of hot water after angio but it should be avoided only 750ml is allowed per day but no one told me and even doctors and nurses are allowed this.Beacuse of that reason he got lung infection.
Another issue is general word nurses for me its like a fish market all the Trainee Nurses are squealing always. I dont know why top management is not taking care this. I already complaint to doctors but i dont see any changes.
Doctors are Suma Victor,Saravana Murugan, subrajja are responsible for not taking proper care after Angio.
They know what is the medication for post treatment but no one told during the time of discharge.
May be my father will be alive if they given the post treatment properly.
