I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with WaterOne. Their website is incredibly confusing when trying to pay a bill online. But be careful when signing up for auto pay, as the website is unclear whether you need your WaterOne account number vs. your checking account number. Because of this, my bills were not being paid when I thought they were. My water was shut off (unexpectedly, to me) for this reason. I tried to rectify the error online after speaking to an unhelpful customer service rep, and clearly did it wrong again, as my water was shut off again one week later, again without warning. Terrible, terrible company, and the customer service is NO HELP.
