I was having a good experience with Salesman Rene, was about to get a car, two days later they loose the car ?? they have absolutely no knowledge on when and where or how. Went back a few days later Rene had gone home for the day and we got Vu the Pre Owned Sales Manager, lord .. WORST EXPERIENCE!!! As any buyer we were trying to negotiate a price as I work in finance myself. People please check NadaGuides before buying any car! The car's value ok a 2009 Venza they had was $7,300.00 and he was trying to sell it for $10,500.00 + tax, title & license. He said he would do us a " favor " and ONLY for us at $10,000 + TT&L. As we were trying to negotiate we were calm, polite and professional on the other hand Vu was yelling, arguing, turning red, hands shaking, stuttering and was very hostile. Complete opposite of professional, he said he paid about $9,000 at the end for the car and he was trying to make a profit out of it, now listen I get it salesman, dealership. But why should I have to over pay on car who's value is WAY less all because he doesn't know how to properly buy and make the investment. He could of gotten the car at $8,000.00 and could of expanded his profit margin but because he over paid he wants people to do the same ?? He also kept saying you don't have to buy it, you are choosing to, like wow really good salesman.. He got up and walked away from the table at one point, I doubt he has ever had to deal with a costumer, because his customer service skills were absolutely terrible. He would lover the price from $10,536.00 out the door to $10,500.00 which would put me the customer at an okay loan to value which lenders want to see in order to approve loans & he said those $36.00 were really important, even after loosing the car and being complete unprofessional he cared more about the money, then the customers experience. I really wish I could give this a 0.

update: the " manager " replied to my comment to make it seem like they were helping, I emailed them and 3 weeks later they still have not answered, terrible customer service, how embarrassing and unprofessional from everyone there.
