I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. Selected to have full synthetic oil. Easy enough. I get to my appointment 2 weeks later and as I am checking in I m told about their oil change deal. It was 3 oil changes for $75. I was told by the guy checking me in that it was a no brainer to get it since I m doing synthetic. I, therefore, purchased the promotion. I drop my wrangler off while they change it. Once completed, I take the wrangler home and review the product list they used. Turns out regular conventional oil was used. MULTIPLE attempts were made to the service department through internet contact, phone calls and voice mail. Silence. I have yet to hear anything from them. It s definitely not a good way to run a business but obviously it isn t a concern to them. I won t be returning so I have 2 free oil coupons to give away. Redeem at your own risk.
