Below average stay all-up.. I was here for two weeks for business and this is definitely the worst Intercontinental I've ever stayed in and likely the worst hotel I've stayed in San Francisco

- Upon booking i requested a queen room, but was given a 2x double bed room. This couldn't be rectified when I checked in which was frustrating
- Very dated rooms that are in need of renovation - the bed frame of my bed was broken, all of the doors, edging and fabrics are at least 20/25 years old (and they look it!)
- I requested the sheets to be changed 3x during the stay - this was ignored by the cleaning service
- The food service options on room-service are very average. I ordered a quesadilla which was literally melted cheese on a soggy tortilla wrap..

You can get much better value from hotels a little closer to union square..
