When I moved out of my old house I had to pay a whopping penalty to ADT as it was part way through the contract. My new house had a deactivated ADT system but I was very reluctant to use them again. I read some good online reviews about Smith Thompson and their services, costs and "no contract" were exactly what I was looking for. I also noticed a lot of their signs in my new development which reassured me. They effectively and efficiently scheduled the appointment for my convenience, called to say they were on their way, completed the installation quickly and without disturbance to me (working from home) and courteously explained how to use it and the App. I get everything I had with ADT but at less cost, no contract and most importantly with friendly people I can trust to look after me.
