We visited this dealership years ago and the change in atmosphere was amazing. The dealership felt welcoming and friendly. What an incredible experience start to finish! Our salesman Eric Rivera and his assistant Rosa Lucendo surpassed all of our expectations. We were very unsure about buying an American car, but when Eric called us in, he immediately put us at ease. His knowledge, expertise and explanations made us comfortable and now a Chevy owner. From start to driving off the lot in our brand new Malibu the transaction was smooth and stress free. I still marvel at how fast and efficient this team worked to get us in our new car. The finance manager and his thorough explanation of the programs was icing on the cake.
