We had an unpleasant experience at all that was not addressed in the hotel's response that there is currently no one to take care of it, most of the hotel employees speak only English and said they do not speak Hebrew.
But surprisingly you hear on the side that Hebrew is spoken to each other.
Treating tourists rather than locals.
Terrible service, disrespectful speech at all by the hotel security guards at the entrance. Mistrust of the guest.
We were a family of 3 rooms, although the rooms are clean and cozy but we will not really return
