Service was incredibly poor. Staff literally ignored me for 5 minutes before finally coming to talk to me at the desk. It actually looked like they were deliberately trying to not acknowledge I was there by refusing to even glance at me while I was waiting.

When he finally came he was very stern and rude with his answers.(this was in Japanese too)

They were lucky the Olympics were cancelled
