I went back to the dealership this past weekend because the issue with my breaks continued. I was assisted by Fred Chase who went above and beyond not only to hear my concerns but to promptly resolve the issue. He was very understanding of my frustrations and seemed to genuinely care about issue. I am very thankful for the changes being made at this service department under Fred's leadership.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and since I lived in Simi valley for over 15 years I wanted to support a local business. I have been coming from West hills to get services done on my car due to loyalty to the city and dealership. The service has never been beyond average but my last experience here has me very upset. I paid over $600 in back break services and had to leave the car Sat-Monday because they didn't have the parts in stock and said could not provide a loaner car for the weekend. Two months later I take my car somewhere else for front breaks and my car is still making a noice. Upon inspection I learned I was missing a hardware kit and the breaks were resurfaced and not new (which I paid for). Called the service department and left multiple messages and the service manager never called me back. This is poor business ethics and horrible customer service.
