Nice bridge, always had a fascination with the Golden Gate and walking it was almost a surreal experience. Walked from the side of Fort Point all the way to the Vista Point sign on the other side, with nothing to do there we turned around and walked back to Fort Point. Come to find two months later that if we'd kept walking a little bit further we would have come across Golden Gate Vista View Point, which on a clear day offers a spectacular view of the bridge... oh well. Enjoyable walk. Also you can get sunburnt through fog I learned, so do wear sunscreen for this walk.
