Worst customer service I ever had. 4G connection and speed was good. One day the device was not working called customer care, they said they will send a technical team to repair. Two weeks passed, called customer care more than 10 times. But never came. Finally ask them to disconnect the line and take the device. Funny thing is they collected the device within two days,,,,,,
