I was not impressed with this company! We put half down on our credit card to order our shower doors. After waiting 2 weeks for our shower door to be installed, the installer said the doors did not fit and were ordered incorrectly. My husband was told someone from AG would contact us. We never received a phone call from AG. My husband had to contact AG to see what was going on and confirm the correct doors were ordered. It would be another 2 week wait to order the correct shower doors. AG said they would take $150 off our remaining balance. The second "install" was set for 3-17. My husband waited around all day. After the time window for AG to show up passed, my husband called AG to get some answers. (Not sure we got an answer as to what happened) AG said they would be out the next day. After the 3rd attempt our shower doors were installed. The installer went to collect the remaining balance. My husband informed him the balance was incorrect because AG was giving $150 off due to their error. We were told someone at AG would contact us regarding the final payment. We have yet to be contacted by anyone from AG! A review of our credit card statement I found AG charged our credit card the remaining balance minus the $150 but did so WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION! And we have yet to receive a receipt for the purchase made! Our shower doors are beautiful but AG customer service is horrible.
