I had and Oil change and tire rotation and on a road trip the next day I had a tire that had low tire pressure. I stopped to put air in my tire because according to my dash my left front tire needed air. I got back onto I75 and found out a few miles down the road it was my left rear tire that needed air. When they rotated my tires they didn't reprogram the sensors to reflect the rotation. This caused delays in my trip. Improperly inflated and overinflated tires and a hassle that was not needed. I am not pleased with my service as my daughter and I were alone on I75 at 9pm at night and this also posed a safety concern having to stop multiple times to put air in tires and figure out their method of rotation. I called back Saturday 2/11 to speak to a manager and the girl who answered for service very rudely told me they closed soon and there was no one there. I asked when someone would be back in to speak with and her response was ... uhhh Mondayyyyy. Needless to say I will likely not be returning to this dealership for service on my vehicle.
