I came for 2 recalls, in 2 places of my car, some clips in the wipers and the front crossmember, (I had to Drive 9 hours in order to bring my Car to the Waverley dealer) they call me to make the appointment, when I arrived to the appointment they didn't have the parts for my recall!!! that it make sense??, they had to change the front crossmember, they just spray it with something, and charge for the fix because they don't have the parts!!, if this is the good Mitsubishi dealer I can't imagine the worst!!!, I'll add they didn't put the plastic pins back in the covers underneath my car, so, in my return (other 9 hours back) these parts start falling from underneath of my vehicle.
it's a really bad service, this dealer just wants to rip you off...
