We booked this room for our wedding night. We were supposed to get to our room with the honeymoon package , which we paid extra for, but there was nothing except a plain boring hotel room. We went to the front desk and they first told us that the kitchen was closing and they were unsure if we could get the chocolate covered strawberries and whatnot. They did end up getting us the stuff, but at that point, it ruined the evening. Who messes up a honeymoon suite when it s obviously such a special night? Ugh. Wish we would ve got a refund or a credit at least. Very disappointing! At least the breakfast was decent and the cook and kitchen staff were nice.
