Terrible product, felt forced to use their install...

Terrible product, felt forced to use their installer, then they didn't stand behind it saying "you hired the installer". The SNA had the installer do it a way he had never done it before yet it want their fault? Double hung are impossible to close so we never open them. It's been only four years but we are going to be replacing these very soon.
One pane broke during a cold winter night, but all they would do is order a new piece, charge full retail, make me come pick it up and install it (or pay $200 to have it installed).
I was a friend of the owner when I ordered the windows. Yeah, not any more.
