Very very poor customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone just answered with a hello , no name, and when I asked if I was talking to CCM she rudely replied with yes, what do you want . They were not helpful at all with answering any of my questions, and they very blatantly lied to me about something on my account, and when I tried to call them out they hung up. Very rude.
