4th floor is geriatric floor, but patients are often neglected. The staff claims they always use their on-call translators when they have patients that don t speak English - obviously that was a lie. They ignore patients that don t speak English and write them off as refusing treatment .

Steer clear of this old dirty hospital. They force involuntary admissions because they need the money. They held my mom here for over a week and refused to transfer her to her regular hospital in Manhattan. We weren t notified that she had been sent to this hospital.
