Rooms are really great, the breakfast is also real...

Rooms are really great, the breakfast is also really great, they had a nice band in the evening in the lobby bar, but if a guest gets angry couse of the hotel something works wrong.
Internet connection is really strange here, i hat so many issues. Last consequence was to sit on the floor in front of my room to use it. When i told it one of the workers he just told me its working fine on his device. Great answer to a guest.
Also i put on the DO NOT DISTURB sign but get disturbed whole day. First they knocked on the door, than they called me via hotel phone and than rang my doorbell in the evening. Why is there even a sign if it gets ignored anyway?
I think 4 Stars are fine but for the 5th you need to be perfect and it really wasn't.
