Extremely unhappy with Keating Toyota. I contacted them via TruCar. They quoted a price through TruCar and I started working with their sales person. I discussed the quoted price with the sales person several times both via e-mail and verbally. This price was acknowledge. When we got to the final numbers, the price sheet they sent to me was totally different. I have everything documented in e-mails to prove this. The sales persons explanation was that TruCar does not sell cars and that I didn't read the small print. A good old fashion "Bait and Switch." Ladies and Gentleman, you want to know why car dealerships have a bad reputation? Well here you go. I've been kind enough to leave business cards, e-mails, and documentation out of this review but will gladly include them with another unprofessional response. Nonetheless, the second dealer that quoted via TruCar honored their pricing and sold us a car. The low morals and ethics of your dealership are not appreciated.
