Kayla arrived this date to perform our scheduled maintenance on the units we purchased about 3 yrs back. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. Answered all our questions with patience, showing us everything we had asked about.
So I would say she is a well-trained technician that is a definate asset to Donovan & Jorgenson.
