I was waiting in line today and the clerks working...

I was waiting in line today and the clerks working saw this. One was helping a patient and the other was making small talk about opinions and life. It was really frustrating because the clerk and customer saw I was waiting but they both continued to engage each other in banter. The clerk even asked additional questions, prolonging the conversation. I finally interrupted and asked if she could help me. To which she acknowledged and the customers lingered another minute before I was assisted. This caused me to be late to a doctors appointment. It would have been nice if a peer clerk or the pharmacist said something to their colleague. Additionally, my prescription strength was incorrect (not the current strength that was requested) and this is the second time it s been erroneous in the last several months since I ve been going here. Hours are limited as well. Not a great pharmacy experience.

Updating review:
spoke with owner and a manager who both reached out separately to acknowledge my experience and apologize. They mentioned taking pride in customer care and were grateful to hear feedback. Furthermore, they are rectifying the prescription strength issue ASAP and set me up for delivery as well.
