Just left from eating and I'm not sure if there is...

Just left from eating and I'm not sure if there is new owners or not at the church Street Cafe but there needs to be better management to teach how to do a better job at getting the food out in a timely manner. Server was not sympathetic at all. Seemed to not care about the problem. Owner, he looked like the owner because he was telling a visitor he just bought the place, didn't ask how our visit and dinner was. Was a really good place to eat before this but due to this experience we will not return. We ate local and are disappointed in our visit.
