Newmarket Kia needs help !!!!

Hopefully Managment of Newmarket Kia checking reviews out. I had my own 5starr 7 month ago!!! What happened on Earth ???? Why I have to change my to 2 starts???

As soon as, new location had been open all things going down. Customer service less then 1 Star....I was talking to a few long term customers and what I found. People got forgotten to be called when service is done , people spending 3-4 hours at dillership , with car ready in hour....??? Employee just being rude over the phone....My wife said "I do not want to go there anymore".... I love Kia , what happened!!!!???
