Awful ! These people are criminals ! I carry renters policy and vehicle coverage and the home I rented had the a cracked brick and water ran down and damaged my television and very expensive Bose home theatre and damaged all the speaker boxes and tv . They would not cover it cause it was poor home maintenance and the rental company would have to cover it . They said unless the house burns down or someone vandalized the home or broke in its not covered . So why the hell am I paying for it ???? They are horrible and took over a week just to tell me it wasn't covered after they sent the adjuster out . I am shopping for new coverage cause this place is a joke and half
