If you would like to wait hours in a waiting room ...

If you would like to wait hours in a waiting room and finally get to see a doctor while sitting in a supply closet with no chairs this place it for you. Worst ER experience ever! Too bad we drove an extra 20 minutes because we were told this was the best ER in Wisconsin, not true! We ended up leaving with zero medical help. I've been trying to call to speak with someone from customer service but apparently EVEYONE capable of taking a complaint is in a meeting. We pay for insurance and even with good insurance we pay expensive copays to go to an ER, this was not worth our time or money to revive zero medical care and treated like garbage. It wasn't even busy and they had clearly open beds, why were we out in a supply closet.
